Dan + Lucy | Cantley House Hotel, Wokingham

What a hot day it was for Dan and Lucy’s gerbra pink wedding last Friday! Performed at Cantley House Hotel, Wokingham, Lucy spent most of the morning walking around in her knickers and pink vest whilst in hair and make-up! Mother of the bride Denise definitely goes down as the best smiler of the day (thank you kindly), and gorgeous little Zakary  was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Now that you are married, I just wonder how many more keys there are to be returned Dan… Graham?

Melanie Potro Bridal Couture Shoot

Last month brought Exquisite Photography together with award winning bridal couturier Melanie Potró and her collection. Patrick amused us all day with his lasso rope skills whilst Holly took quite a dreamlike distraction to Melanie’s graceful head pieces… terrific shoot all round and great effort by the entire team! Special thanks to Melanie Potro, our lovely make-up artist/hair stylist Louise Seymour, absolutely fantastic models Gosia and Laura and quite brilliant retoucher Tsvetana for all their hard work . All photographs were taken at the iconic The Lanterns Studio in Battersea.

Mark + Sarah | Lillibrooke Manor, Berkshire

Friday’s wedding of Mark and Sarah Gregory was a dazzling bright day at Lillibrooke Manor, Berkshire! Sarah’s presence was perfectly beautiful from the very beginning, calm and especially considerate to everyone around her as she was preparing herself, she was too delightful. As I dashed over to shoot Mark before the ceremony, I was met with a very delicate groom on the verge of welling up with happy emotions, he was wiping away his tears moments later! Their wedding was fantastic fun, Mark goofed his way through the formal photographs with ridiculous faces and I could probably produce an entire wedding album of the Westham ‘hammer’ pose if they so wished!? Boy can these guys get up and boogey- as soon as invited, there were bouncing bodies all over the dance floor with limbs popping right out in style, what a wild party kick off it was! All I am left wondering is, did the pre-wedding herbal paracetemols really do the trick and cover up the hangover waiting to happen, Sarah?…

Christening of Elliana and Tallyah

Couple of years ago we’ve shoot Benedicta’s wedding in central London. It was a great multicultural event and I remember that we have really enjoyed documenting it. 2010 she has approached us again asking to shoot the christening of her two gorgeous babies. The christening took place in ST. DUNSTAN’S CHURCH in Acton and the reception at Old Oak Community & Children’s Centre in the same area. Below are a couple of pictures from the event.

Tania + Jason | Fanhams Hall Hotel, Herfordshire

November 7th saw us back in Herfordshire, for Tania & Jason’s wedding. It was our last wedding this year so we really wanted to wrap it up in style. The weather was glorious, venue (Fanhams Hall Hotel) filled with natural sunlight, people were absolutely fantastic to work with, and the 11.1/2 hour day flew by very quickly. All in all it was a fabulous ending to a relatively busy 2009. Now we’ll be taking a couple of weeks off shooting events and focusing on updating the website, redesigning the blog and doing a lot of business development for the next season.

Ann-Marie + Oliver Wedding

I know I have been very quiet over the last couple of weeks but that only due to the fact that we still are very busy seeing prospective clients for next year and editing a lot of content from couple of last weddings as well as preparing a major update to our flash site which is very likely to happen at some point in January 2010.

Here are a couple of really great in my humble opinion photographs from a small but absolutely gorgeous wedding we had the pleasure to shoot back in October. It really had it all, (I know I’ve been using this line quite often but this time I really mean it) absolutely fabulous couple, great setting (St. Mary’s Church and The Depot Restaurant in Barnes) and brilliant weather with with abundance of natural soft sunlight which is always a big plus.

A couple of kind words from the bride.

“Thank you so much for the beautiful photographs you took of our wedding. You managed to capture the day ‘exquisitely’ and have created images that are romantic, sincere and timeless. Your candid shots captured the superb, cheerful atmosphere with everybody looking happy and relaxed; just as we remembered and treasure it.  Your style was charming and unobtrusive and we’ve had many positive comments on how you both conducted yourself on the day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others.”

Clients Are Raving About Exquisite Wedding Photography!

Neela10

“We would just like to say a huge thank you to Patrick and Pete for our FANTABULOUS wedding photos! We knew we were onto a sure thing once we had seen some of their wedding shots from a Tamil wedding. It’s so hard to sift through the millions upon millions of wedding photographers that are out there, but we were lucky we didn’t have to! This was by far our easiest wedding related decision we had to make. Just after booking our venue, we were sent a link to our friends’ wedding pics taken by Patrick and Pete and I guess the rest is just history. Their work is incredibly unique, effortlessly understated and most importantly, exquisite! They do exactly what they say on the tin and you can totally rest assured that you will have some amazing photos.”

Charlotte’s Wedding at One Great George Street

This was our first “Greek Wedding” assignment so obviously we were excited about it. It has been meticulously planned and executed by a great team at One Great George Street where it took place and made our task of documenting the entire event extremely straightforward. Here are some highlights from the day.

Jasmine and Gagan’s – Civil Registry Ceremony in York House

Jasmine and Gagan’s wedding will probably be the biggest and most elaborate event for us this season. Approximately 30 hours worth of shooting in 6 different locations between central and west London not only required a lot of meticulous planning but also quite a lot of stamina. Honestly at the end of the assignment we both felt like we’ve just completed a 25K marathon. Below you can see a couple of pictures from the civil registry ceremony which took place in York House, Twickenham. Beautiful 17th century building set in absolutely stunning grounds on the banks of the river Thames. Pete is still working on all the remaining images that we took during traditional ceremonies so expect more updates soon…

Rachael and Mark’s Wedding Photographs

Finally, a tiny bit of breathing space. We have been editing quite a lot of content over the last couple of days as mentioned in my previous post so it feels great to have a tiny bit of spare time to do a quick update and let you all know what we have been so busy with. This time a couple of photos from Rachael and Mark’s wedding which Pete shoot on his own in Kingston and Twickenham. In between formal parts of the even Pete had a bit of time to creatively express himself as he was shooting the lovely couple in Richmond Park which is always a cool location for creative wedding photographers. Samples below present only a tiny fraction of what has been shot throughout the entire day but it should give you a good idea of what the full selection would look like.

Wedding Videography Services

No updates for a very long time but there is a good reason for that. We have been absolutely manic in the last 3 weeks shooting a couple of Asian weddings which turned into massive 30 hour assignments. The biggest piece of news is that we’ve started working with a very cool wedding videographer. Dan Popa (his full profile to appear in the “about us” section soon) is a creative cinematographer who like us is extremely passionate about his work. His take on wedding videography and style of work in my view is very different from what I’ve seen so far on the market. Looking at Dan’s work I strongly feel that it’s all about being able to anticipate throughout the entire day and capture all those unique moments that make any event special and that’s not as easy as it may seem. I know it might sound like a cliché when I talk about it so if you’re still not convinced how good this guy is just look at the sample trailer from a small wedding we shoot together at the end of July. File is quite heavy so be patient and give it a moment to load.

Jasmine and Gagan’s Pre-Wedding Session

I was so lucky with the weather on this one. The entire week was dark and gloomy and I really worried that this weather will carry across to the weekend as well but fortunately for me and my client it didn’t. Light was absolutely gorgeous so I’ve decided to do the entire session using natural available light only. The shoot took place in Beachy Head area between Brighton and Eastbourne.

Philipp and Celena’s Wedding Photographs

It feels nice to shoot a wedding locally once in a while. Last week we were fortunate to work in south London on a traditional church wedding. The main wedding ceremony took place in Christ Church, Colliers Wood and the reception just a couple of miles away at the Le Gothique restaurant which is just Off Trinity Road. Here are a couple of interesting shots from the assignment.

Spencer and Ozden’s Wedding Photographs

Finally… I’ve finished post-production work to Ozden’s wedding pictures. We’ve shot the event two weeks ago during the longest day of the year, and that day was absolutely amazing! It was truly a glorious day. We couldn’t have wished for a better weather or a better setting which was the West Lodge Park. Natural light was just all over this place which obviously made our task of capturing the event a lot easier and more enjoyable. Here are a couple of sample photographs from the selection.
